Present Situation And Countermeasure Research On Waving Dance In Elementary And High Schools Of The Enshi

Enshi Tujia waving dance after declaration of the intangible cultural heritage, in the middle and primary school develops waving dance activities, already can enhance students’physical and mental health, and can the national spirit, national character, and other cultural message to every one of the students, the inheritance and development of traditional national excellent culture, carrying forward and fostering national spirit and on intangible cultural heritage protection and of great significance.This article through the literature research, questionnaire and interviews with experts, logic analysis, quantity statistics, Enshi to middle and primary school develops the present situation of waving dance activities thoroughly and investigation, the results showed that:(1) In Tnshi waving dance to the development of the primary and secondary schools did not cause the relevant departments pay enough attention to the teachers and students to waving dance to further strengthen cognitive degree.(2) Waving dance teachers strength is not strong, teachers’ teaching seriously but a single teaching methods, teaching contents are not reasonable enough, in the teaching the lack of effective evaluation system, some students to reduce the learning interest of the waving dance.(3) Enshi in extracurricular activities in primary and middle schools in waving dance low proportion, students in the activities of the lack of organization and guidance, not formed a good atmosphere of waving dance extracurricular activities.(4)The training for waving dance group of Enshi of primary and secondary school was less after school training, and it is lack of security mechanism, waving dance group lack of long-term training system, and has low level.(5) Primary and secondary schools waving dance game less, a single level, and not due attention. Competition system is not perfect, the unscientific rules of the game and score means lead the whole competition level low, waving dance influence the development of supportive talents.According to the results, it puts forward the countermeasures:(1) Strengthening the campus waving dance in the mass media and communication support. Change leaders’idea that do not pay attention to the waving dance, set it into the school education work institutionalization as soon as possible, and improve the development of campus waving dance proportion and increase the number of students dance waving dance, i.e., waving dance to become the most national characteristics of brand culture in primary and middle schools in Enshi.(2) To speed up the construction of teachers’education of waving dance training work, through reforming teaching methods, teaching content and so on to optimize waving dance teaching, and improving the whole teaching quality.(3) strengthen the supervision, promoting the waving dance developing at school extracurricular activities vigorously. Organizing students to take part in waving dance effectively. Through setting up "the green channel" in the school and society to promote campus waving dance open developing and improve students’ability to adapt to society.(4)To establish campus waving dance group, and manage waving dance scientifically after school training, strengthen the excellent students to dance waving dance, then to be the coaches of waving dance to guide school training,and to inherit.(5) Perfecting the campus waving dance competition system, establishing the reasonable evaluation method, optimizing waving dance contest; Increasing the investment of game, guaranteeing the quality of the game, paying great attention to the development of supportive talents of waving dance.
