Social Exclusion Of The Object And The Intervention Of Social Worker

Recently, with the launching of the community corrections’ work,as well as the gradually growing group of the community correctionobjects, there are many problems for the correction objects in the processof integration into the community life: the negation of the family,employment difficulties, the cynicism of the neighbors, the exclusion ofthe social welfare and so on. These problems have aroused widespreadconcern of the whole society. As a part of community life for thecorrection objects, it is an inevitable impact for all aspects of communitylife that the correction objects was excluded.The community corrections’ work as a serving way, the change ofcognitive and behavioral plays a crucial role for crime officers. At present,China’s community corrections’ work at the exploratory stage, there is noperfect correction systems and norms. I will involve the social work inthe community corrections’ work, as a reference for the implementationof the corrections’ work. This paper uses case study of the communitycorrection object of S city D community as the stance, the use of theworking methods and the theoretical basis of the case of social work,adhering to the people-oriented values, self-reliance objectives, theorywith practice, and helps the correction object to overcome thepsychological barriers, enhances the confidence to face life, to solve the problem of social exclusion, helps the correction object to adapt to thetransition from the prison life to the community life as soon as possible.This article attempts to introduce the social work into the communitycorrections’ work, the author hopes to start a discussion that the socialwork can be widely used in the community corrections’ work, which isnot only conducive to the smooth progress of the community corrections’work, strive for an early return to normal community life, but bettermaintenance of harmonious and stable social environment. This paperbased on solving the social exclusion of the community correction objects,learned casework existing deficiencies, and put forward constructivesuggestions. This study enriches the practice of social work, it will easyto carry out for the future of social work. Social work is better able tointervene to community corrections，and it will lay the corrected objectpractice foundations to solve the encountered difficulties.
