The Research About "The Interaction Among The Community,Social Organization And Social Work Team" Development Strategy Of Taicang

With the progress of the times,the transformation of government functions and the change of the demand of the residents,the community plays an increasingly important role in social governance.After decades of unremitting efforts,Chinese social workers have put forward the mechanism of "linkage of community,social organization and social workers" which suitable for the local social work in China.With the development of the concept of the "linkage of community,social organization and social workers" mechanism,the development of social work in China has entered a new stage,the relationship between the community,social organizations and social workers are more closely related to the three.Through the decentralization the power of government,strengthen the community,social organizations and social workers between the three links which make the three sides can cooperate,link resources,progress mutually.Accelerate the formation of the interaction between the government and society;want to complement the lack of a good situation.As the earliest one to implement social work,Taicang city of Jiangsu Province has the almost perfect social work system.Taicang have enacted a series of policies to promote the development of the three linkage system in the early 2012.Taicang has not satisfied the accent model of social with the further development of social work which is looking for its new development patteren that is best fits the city.Author as the Xiqu community of Taicang city an example to carry out the exploration of the three social interaction model of Taicang in this paper.Author has collected some problems that exist in the accent three linkage agencies through the daily work,interview and investigation of the six months in Taicang.Known the status of the community and give a brief review of the three linkage agency work and the three linkage in community work and puts forward the existing problems and puts forward his thinking and suggestions.Although Taicang's three linkage agency at the forefront of China and the community work has also get community residents'recognition and praise,but there still exist a lots of problems in the actual work such as the imperfect systems and the mechanisms,the lack of the support and supervision,dominated tradition of community work,the single capital chain and lack of professional talents in social work institutions,the lack of professional,the single type of service,serious brain drain and so on.All these questions requires the government to conduct multilateral coordination,establish a sound operational mechanism,bulid a special public service brand,link to other aspects of the establishment and improvement of the development of Taicang which to make the three linkage model develop more positive and healthy.
