With the rapid development of economy,also the sports industry into fast-track ofthe high-speed development.For the unique role of backbone of sports industry-sportsbusiness,sports marketing for the sports business of its own development and theoverall development of sports industry is essential.World-class sports marketingenterprises to foreign markets,at the same time, Chinese sports enterprises achievecertain marketing results,but there is also the problematic in the marketingprocess.Therefore,Chinese sports enterprises face a variety of challenges andopportunities,we need to clearly understand the situation,replanning,seek to facilitateits own development of marketing strategies and competitive advantages.To someextent,it is essential that brings economic benefits and social benefits,such aseconomic development and cultural prosperity.At present,Chinese sports enterprises marketing strategy including productstrategy,pricing strategy,distribution strategy,marketing strategy.By combing,it foundthat is not enough,Chinese Sports enterprises marketing strategies positioning is lackof clarity,marketing objectives is lack of sustainability,marketing way is lack ofdiversity,marketing brand is lack of cultural.Because Chinese sports enterprisesmarketing under the influence of external factors and internal factors,such aspolitical,economic,cultural and business subjects,business objects,businesscompetitors,business partners.The primary way of sports enterprises marketing showthat sponsoring the sporting events,seting up aspokesperson,development-development products,increased advertising.In response tothese issues,identify strategic choice in favour of Chinese sports enterprisesmarketing:one is clear market target of sports marketing;Second is to optimizeresources integration of sports enterprise marketing;Third,strengthen the promotion channels of sports enterprise marketing;Four is to create brand image of sportsenterprise marketing;five is to perfect the Scientific assessments of sports enterprisemarketing.In short,sports business needs according to their own characteristics andbuilding on successful marketing experience in the sports industry and learning thelessons of failed marketing,in order to find a suitable marketing road of sportsenterprises’s own development.
