With the rapid development of society and the continuous progress of science and technology,people's demands for sport have changed so much.The way of sports has developed from relatively centralized,traditional and monotonous to diversified,large-scale,scientific and professional,with more emphasis on a happy and healthy lifestyle.Outdoor sports complex becomes more and more popular.This paper selects HWXQ company(H)as the specific case and study the firm's competitive strategy and product marketing strategy of Huangshan(International)extreme adventure sports park project.First,this paper analysis the environment.Then,this paper uses STP and 7Ps analysis.This paper makes the products marketing policies form Product,Price,Place,Promotion,Process,People,and Physical evidence.H's products marketing policies consist of: For products,the company should provide the most popular top10 projects.For price,different price policy was made for different level product.For place,the company should use new media and internet APP.For promotion,the company should host different outdoor events.For people,marketing persons should be educate.For process,the company must pay more attention for after-sale.For physical evidence,the company should solidarity with the surrounding areas.
