Objective: The present study attempts to study which EMG will be the introduction ofjavelin throwing technique, measuring EMG showed outstanding athletes throughout thethrowing process through research to detect the sequence of muscle in the contribution rate, the average values, etc.,[]to make the training process more targeted, scientific rationality.Provide a theoretical basis to enhance athletic performance. Methods: The study9experiments tester manufactured by Finland to the athletes as a testobject, select men’s javelin at the national level and above athletes, these athletes in actionthrowing step phase signal acquisition and use Megawin software combined synchronizedvideo analysis of eight selected muscles. The results: on experimental data and the results of analysis in the overall trend ofthrowing step stage. The radial muscle discharge the earliest stage in the entire throw steps, external oblique throwing step stage acting and duration of the longest. In the training processin the future, we can increase the practice of these two muscles.1, in the first phase of throwing step deltoid acting more but larger power trapezius effectivetime. Deltoid work done just a process, shows the effect of the force is accumulated in thespace. And the contribution rate of the trapezius muscle acting faster than the deltoid than thetrapezius big reason.2, in the second phase of the throw steps trapezius contribution rate, the contribution rateof the external oblique minimum due to the the trapezius need to control the balance of thejavelin, so the the trapezius contribution rate acting up. The external oblique muscle in thebody is not completely reversed, so the smaller the contribution rate in the second stage of theprocess of throwing step. External oblique muscle, also belongs to the large joints play asynergistic force at this stage.3, throwing step the third stage, the deltoid, trapezius, gastrocnemius, the maximumcontribution rate of five muscles of the anterior tibial muscle and biceps femoris. But thecontribution rate of the upper body muscles to be higher than the lower limb, lower limb atthis stage, or play the role of coordinated and synchronized4step in throwing the fourth stage, this process needs to be forced to prepare for the finalstage, the final force as well as the final result, have played a decisive role, so this stage amuscle to do the work than the first three steps of the work done.
