In recent years,China's women javelin performance has made great strides.,brea king through the previous achievements many times,creating a new Asian record.It has also developed rapidly in the world level and ranked first in the world.Therefore,the technical requirements for Javelin are getting higher and higher.Based on the prey ious scholars research on javelin,this study compares the existing technical commonal ities of Elite Women Javelin Athletes in China through analysis and comparison.Technology is compared and analyzed to improve technical movements,narrow the gap with world level athletes,seek the gap in differences,promote Chinese women javelin athletes to a higher level of technology,achieve better results in international competitions,and provide a reference for coaches and athletes at all levels in China.This research mainly uses the methods of documentation,expert interview,test and mathematical statistics to analyze the techniques of the first five women javelin throwers in the 2018 National Championship in throwing steps and final exertion stages,so as to find out their respective throwing characteristics and the causes of technical problems,and to guide training.Practical reference.By comparing and analyzing the kinematics parameters of the top five athletes in the championship,the following results are obtained:(1)Five female javelin throwers in our country have not changed much in various sports parameters,and have basically formed good movement techniques,but there are still some minor changes.There are generally smaller trunk tilt angle and larger knee joint angle changes in the throwing step,which are lower than the world-class athletes.Among them,Yu Yuzhen and Su Lingdan have two trends in data change.Significant changes,and lack of technical stability.(2)Except for Lv Huihui and Liu Shiying,the other three Chinese athletes did not conform to the rule of "small,big,largest and small" step length in the last four steps.Because of Zhang Li's short steps,her body's gravity was too high.Yu Yuzhen s running speed was slow in the whole throwing process.There were still some shortcomings in the throwing steps of our elite athletes,and the real water.He failed to bring it into full play.(3)There is no significant difference between the height of the center of gravity of Lv Huihui,Liu Shiying and Su Lingdan athletes and the world average,and the fluctuation of the center of gravity is not obvious,which tends to be stable.Except for Zhang Li s lower center of gravity at the moment of landing on her right foot in the penultimate step,the other four athletes did better in the aspect of the height of the center of gravity.(4)In the final exertion stage,the shooting speed and angle of the five athletes are higher than the world average of 24.8m/s and 37.6 degrees.Only Su Lingdan's shooting speed is lower than the world average,the difference is 3.6m/s,and the shooting height coefficients of the five athletes are quite different from the reasonable coefficient of 0.89,which has a certain relationship with the height and technical characteristics of our athletes,according to the above research.It is pointed out that the excessive angle of shooting affects the horizontal speed of Javelin flying,which virtually reduces the horizontal speed of Chinese athletes.
