Since the80s, Aerobics dance as an emerging sports in China to getfast development, especially in big cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong,aerobics, the most rapid development of fitness club, fitness center, gym,booming provides people with a variety of fitness activities, more and morepeople into the aerobics fitness activities, exercise, exercise method isbecoming more and more diversifiedThis study members of health club aerobics exercise of Beijing asinvestigation object, and form a report on the happy aerobics teachingexploration-in Beijing fitness club, for example, questionnaires, tryingto find out aerobics itself has the characteristics of and design thecorresponding according to these characteristics of happy teaching, toachieve the purpose of fitness, recreation, and for the rich aerobicsteaching theory, promote the reform of aerobics teaching to a deeper levelis of great theoretical and practical significance.Aerobics to person’s joy characteristic mainly has the following aspects:Body rhythmic bounce characteristic; The rhythm of the music characteristics;The combination of music and movement characteristic; Accompanied by fellowcollective exercise characteristic; The feature of collective practiceunder the guidance of the coach; Exercise form diversification, the choicespace is large, do not feel boring; Very good aerobic exercise, weight loss,fitness effect better characteristic; Control characteristics of the bodyposture.This article mainly from the following several aspects to design thefitness club happy teaching of aerobics.1. Teaching content form diversification, reasonable arrangement ofcourse content, happy club aerobics teaching content rich variety, teachingcontents emphasis on keeping fit, entertaining, interest, break thelimitations of trainees on the gender, age, to the people of different agecharacteristics to choose the content of the different exercise.2. The impact of happy music factors on aerobics teaching,music forpractitioners have feelings psychological adjustment, inspiration andelevation of the function, choose music to extensive, melody to beautiful, the rhythm is bright, control the speed, but also conforms to thepractitioners of their own conditions.3. Music and movement of the perfect cooperation of happy teaching, keepthe style of music and movement style perfect combination of music melodyand the consistency of the action is in keeping with music rhythm and paceof action.4. To create a harmonious teaching environment from the coach happy mood,coach a positive body image and demonstration, between coach and students,between students and between students communicate with each other, to createa good practice environment, etc.5. Happy teaching design reasonable, moderate strength, reasonablearrangement of aerobics exercise frequency, exercise time and intensity ismoderate, in practice according to the practitioner’s own health, reasonablearrangement of exercise, the size of the load should be flexible.
