In current background of education, it’s a critical issue that the education level isbased on teachers’ ability and quality. So how to improve teachers’ ability and qualitybecomes the focus of education. Today is the information age, teachers’ onlinetraining is an easier, faster, and more effective way to improve the teachers’competence. It’s a requirement of the society, but now the teachers’ online trainingeffect is not satisfied which aroused the research problem of this dissertation.Facing this situation, we carrried out the researches on teachers’ online training,and found that there is an issue that learning activities and learning resources are allthe same to all the trainees. Which makes the teachers’ online training lost itsflexibility and efficiency. In this dissertation, we investigate and analysis this issue,and try to build an online training model according to different teachers’characteristics by distributing the learning activities and resources, so as to providepersonalized learning for teachers.The research objects are primary and secondary teachers. The research methodscontain the literature study, questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis. Weelaborated the research in five parts. The first part is the overall intruduction of theresearch background, current situation domestic and overseas, the research purposeand research methods. The second part is the basic theories of teachers’ online trainingmodel, differentiate models asthe test condition(learning style), test object(teachers)and test result(learning activities and resources). The third part is based on theprevious research theories building the research tool Teachers’ Online TrainingLearning Style, Learning Activities and Resourcesquestionnaire. In order to make thisresearch tool more reliable, we carried out a preliminary survey, according to theanalysis on the preliminary investigation results, we revise the questionnaire. Thefourth part is about the distribution of the formal questionnaire and its analysis: firstly,the research purpose is illuminated, the sample is selected and the analysis on thebasic information of the samples, combined with the interview is given; the possibleinfluential factors of training effect is figured out, and suggestions for decisionmaking is proposed. In part five, the correlation analysis and degree of coupling indexgenerally verify the validity and reliability of the model. Based on “KA” relation equation and “FR” relation equation, we construct the KAFR learning decision modelfor online teacher training.This model try to guide the teaches who participate in online training, accordingto the test results, torevise the same learning content quickly into their appropriateforms, and providing personalized learning environment for teachers, improving theeffect of teachers’ training. This model could provide reference for online learningplatform in the future, and provide theoretical basis and the referencial value fortraining programs.
