Career decision-making style refers to the habit or behavior preference in the individual career decision-making process. As the psychological characteristics of individual, it influences the final decision-making program choices and decisions. Therefore it is essential to know about the difference between career decision-making self-efficacy and career decision-making difficulty in terms of different styles of career decision-making of college students and figure out the linkages between them, so that we can effectively guide the students with different styles of decision-making to make clear their own characteristics, help them improve their career decision making self-efficacy, prevent employment decision-making difficulty, provide possible solution to problem and make the decision-making process smooth and effective. At present, it is rare to find the study on career decision-making style of college students, let alone the study on the interrelationship between career decision-making styles, career decision-making self-efficacy and career decision-making difficulty under the current situation in China.Based on the contemporary study, at home and abroad, of career decision-making style, career decision-making self-efficacy and career decision making difficulties studies, this research attempts to study the students'career decision-making style by using interviews, open-ended survey questionnaires and other methods and finds out the difference of career decision-making styles of university students in different demographic variables. On this basis, it explores inner relationship between the career decision-making styles of university students, career decision-making self-efficacy and career decision-making difficult by means of correlation and regression analysis. The main conclusions are as follows:First, the results of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis show that questionnaire of career decision-making style of students includes 19 projects, which are classified into six dimensions, namely, analytical, opportunities, dependent, sensory, imitation, and strategy-based. The questionnaire has good reliability and validity.Second, independent sample T test and variance analysis show that career decision-making style of college students are significantly different in elements as gender, source, single or and the fact that whether they receive career counseling, but has little connection with their major and grade.Third, the correlation analysis show that the six types of career decision-making styles of college students are closely related to career decision making self-efficacy and career decision-making difficulties to all dimensions.Fourth, regression analysis show that career decision making self-efficacy and the four types of opportunistic, imitative, dependent in career decision-making style can effectively predict career decision-making difficulties.Fifth, in the intermediary effect of test, the general self-efficacy plays a significant intermediary role between in dependent types of career decision-making style and career decision-making difficulties.Finally, according to the results of the study, this paper proposes the corresponding advice on career counseling of decision-making for students, which provides a reference for the career guidance and counseling theoretically and practically.
