The higher education in our country has developed from elite education to popular stage. With the large-scale enrollment of colleges, the supply and demand ratio of college students on the job market changes continually. Although China has maintained a high economic growth and the created a large number of jobs, Students’ Difficult Employment is still one of the social issues of common concern with the pains of transfrom from planned economy to market economy. If the employment problem solved badly, college students may complain too many on entering the community, and are likely to cause a variety of dissatisfaction, which endangered the social harmony and stability. Second, in some areas, higher education lost due independence and cannot be develop healthily due to the excessive intervention of the government. Finally, the higher education marketization is a "double-edged sword". If market unduly, it can likely to violate inherent law of the development of higher education, and can interfere with the academic freedom of the university. Otherwise, if do not carry out market-oriented reforms, the government appeared to be inadequate relying solely on the financial provision.It need multi-importance and attention from the actors point of view, school, college students to solve the problem university students employment. Second, the government should guide the society and the third party organization to estimate higher education reasonable, in the area of higher education development and orientation,the government should have a positive guidance, as far as possible to avoid the blind upgrading and expansion merger and ignore the quality of education. Finally, the government should build face and solve the problem of university students’ employment favorable atmosphere, reasonable guide the allocation of resources and the development of higher education, college students can eventually solve the problem of employment.
