Contemporary Female College Students’ Employment Difficult Reason And Countermeasure Analysis

College students are a special part of groups, they lack of innovation and courage for influenced by traditional thinking, but they also hope to open up a new development road by foreign cultural influence. Now people have different opinions on college students. In such social environment, students can feel the embarrassing situation, especially the female college students, this kind of awkwardness is revealed in contemporary female college students’ job hunting process.With the popularization of higher education, the employment system reform, and in recent years the impact of the financial crisis, contemporary female college students’ employment difficult problem to be highlighted increasingly. The research studied this problem in detail on the basis of existing research results by scholars at home and abroad. In this study, the author analyzed the employment status of female college students in detail, and summed up the Chinese female college students’employment difficult reason by the combination of questionnaires and individual interviews, which mainly has six aspects. Then the author combined the social gender theory and identity theory to analyzed the female college students’ employment difficult factors in detail. On the basis of the reasons’ analysis the author put forward the corresponding solution of China’s female students employment measures, the concrete solutions mainly contain four aspects. Female college students’ employment situation is much grimmer than male students, the author thinks that the results of this study have certain guiding significance in solving their employment problems.
