Study On The Fixed Assets Management Of The Colleges And Universities Based On Sustainability PLM Mode

With the powerful boost power coming from the reform and opening up given to the development of higher education in China and after decades of efforts, China’s higher education have achieved a breakthrough from elite education to mass education, completed the leapfrog of development, and the quality is improving and showing unprecedented vigor and vitality. As the rapid development of the system of education management and the growing of teaching scale, increasing of the total fixed assets owned by the colleges and universities, and this will become one of the important indicators to measure the scale of university. At the same time, the total amount of fixed asset management issues in universities have also become more concerned about the problems of the colleges and universities today. Currently, for fixed asset management, mostly majority of colleges and universities have gradually changed the backwardness of the original management styles. But there are still some common problems the process of using the old and new contradictions of staggering in the fixed assets management. Therefore, how to take full advantage of the system information, the real good pipe, make good use of fixed assets and to maximize the integration of play performance of assete, that is a long-term and arduous task of colleges and universities, then the need for in-depth development of the reform of university under the new situation. The paper are analyzed on the college fixed asset management problems, we had introduced PLM modes which were implanted into the fixed assets management in universities. We have followed three phases with the purchase, using and management, scrapped to achieve sustainability tracking management processes on fixed assets in universities, so as to explore a new model that is a standardized and scientific of fixed asset management in universities, From essentially solved the fundamental questions including to the fixed assets management, financial management in universities that will be better service for teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities.
