Teacher training is an important part of the curriculum reform in China, at present, China’sprimary and secondary school teachers training project is into the full range of theimplementation phase, it is very important to China’s new round of curriculum reform, tostudy how the effective implementation of teacher training management, but there are manyproblems to be solved, the mainly problems are: nominal management of teacher training,lack of orderly and systematic management, a lot of work conflicts, a direct impact on teachertrainingthe further development of the work, coupled with not correctly handle the educationauthorities, teacher training school, the relationship between the primary schools, trainingteachers and trained teachers, and so will not be able to create an effective, suitable for thedevelopment of primary and secondary school teachers training teachers trainingmanagementmode, the education authorities, principals and teachers face up to theirresponsibilities, clear understanding of their terms of reference, changes in training for thethinking and understanding of their needs to be strengthened.This thesis by the Laishan teachers training management Interview Survey, to parse itsmanagement on the status and management of primary and secondary school teachers trainingin the following aspects: the concept of reason, understanding the reasons of legal policyfactors, management and operation factors. Then to propose a solution: First, changes inteacher training management concepts; reform of teacher training operation mechanism,create a teachers’ professional training skills; Third, the development of teacher trainingmanagement system, which initially built for primary and secondary teachers regular andeffective management of training and development mode.
