With the promulgation of "decision on the reform and developmentof basic education by the State Council " in2001, many areas havecompleted the geographic layout of schools, in order to solve theproblems of a large number of small-scale schools dispersed in therural area after experiencing a major adjustment of the layout of theschool for more than ten years. Many experts, scholars and front-lineteachers explored on the layout of rural schools from different angles,which is a hot issue. However, there is less study of the physicaleducation curriculum resources related to the adjustment of thelayout of the rural schools.At this point, I would like to put up with the idea of school physicaleducation curriculum resource integration for the adjustment of thelayout research. The Jinnan is located in southwest of ShanxiProvince, including the cities of Linfen and Yuncheng. Which has along history and rich human and cultural resources since ancienttimes.This paper study physical education curriculum Jinnan ruraljunior high school resource integration of adjustment of the layout,making use of literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematicalstatistics and logical analysis, paying the emphasis on the Jinnanrural cities, including37junior high schools in7Counties andinterviewing the County Office of Education Chief, principals,physical teachers and students, and starting from the four parts of the sportshuman resources, sports facilities and resources,extra-curricularsports activities resources, physical education curriculum contentresources.The results are as follows: experienced layout adjustment Jinnanrural junior middle school PE teacher education compliance situationbetter, but still lacking physical education teachers, still account for acertain proportion of part-time physical education teachers; goodphysical education implementation commenced rate, full three sportsas required proportion of lower class schools; physical education wasdiverted phenomenon persists; larger class sizes adjusted part of thelayout of the school PE teacher workload, teaching, enthusiasm is nothigh;Jinnan rural junior adjust the layout of the area of sports venueshave been met, but further construction poor; basketball and trackand field is the student ’s major sports venues; morning exercises,calisthenics carry out the situation is better, the student dailyextracurricular sports activities (including physical education) onehour; for security reasons, each school campus Games, sportscompetitions is the implementation of poor; physical education andextra-curricular sports activities in the form remained single;affected by the examination-oriented education, most schools onlysports practice test; most of the rural school leaders on theimportance of sports only Sports compliance rate is limited to thestudents in the examination and Games achievements vague goal ofphysical education teachers, the construction of venues andequipment, extra-curricular sports activities, sports teachingrequirements. Therefore, the author puts forwards the following optimizedmeasures: firstly, establish and perfect the teacher complement,rotation mechanism to Implement regional resources sharing;secondly, strengthen the sports teacher training, further education toprompt their professional development; thirdly, increase the financialinput in sports venues and facilities construction, and enhance thelevel of safety management; finally, shift the physical examinationmode in entrance examination for senior high school, and reverse thetest-oriented situation of school physical education.
