Study On Female College Students’ Concept Of Happiness And Education

Viewpoints of happiness is people’s fundamental point and view, is an important part of the world outlook, the outlook on life and values. The cognition of happiness, the gain of happiness and the perception of happiness also affect people’s outlook of world, the outlook on life and values. The female college students, who accept the national higher education, have a certain guiding role in view of happiness. They not only affect their own happy life, also affect the social atmosphere and the construction of the harmonious family and society. In this paper, based on questionnaires and the collection of relevant information, the concept of happiness of the female college students in China is good. But, in the cognition, acquisition and perception of happiness, some female college students have a certain problem, such as money worship, hedonism and individualism. So, in view of the problem of the female college students, it is necessary to strengthen the education of happiness. Starting from the status of female college students’ concept of happiness, the paper analyses the reason of the current situation, constructs the concept of happiness that the female college students in the new area should establish, offers reasonable proposals for them to strengthen the education.There are three chapters around themes.Chapter one is analyzing the questionnaire, acquiring the status of the female students concept happiness. Female college students in China have three problems in the concept of happiness:the first is the level of awareness that what is the happiness is not high. The second is the choice about the happiness target and access biased. The third is the sensing capability of happiness is not strong. The reason, from female college students themselves, is lack of feminist consciousness; from the social point of view, the main reason is patriarchal gender in traditional Chinese culture and pluralistic values in contemporary society; from the educational point of view, the reason mainly is the lack of family and school education on happiness.Chapter two constructs the theoretical construction from the meaning of happiness, the realization of happiness and the perception of happiness. The paper point out happiness is significant and sustained happily psychological experience, is the happily experience when their important needs, purpose and desire achieve, the highest levels of happiness is self-realization. To achieve happiness, it is necessary understand themselves, their interest, talent, ability and desire. What’s more, they also need the ability to perceive happiness, need a positive attitude, the perfect personality and health emotion.Chapter three is putting forward suggestions for female college students to strengthen education on the concept of happiness from the goals of the education, the education methods and the way of education of happiness. The goals includes: improving cognitive ability, enhancing the ability of emotional experience of happiness and strengthening the ability of obtaining happiness. The educational methods includes: model demonstration method, media guidance low, the talk of education law, preventive education and dredging education method. The way of the education of happiness includes:female university students self education, school education, social and family influence.
