Since late2010, a series of unrest have been occurring across the West Asian and North Africa. As a result, there have been revolutions in Tunisia and Egypt. Libya is trapped in the civil war. Essentially speaking, many forces contribute to this, such as high unemployment, high commodity prices, wide gap between the wealthy and poor, and severe corruption. The social networks is a motivation rather than a foundation. It plays an important role resulting in the successful transformation from the virtual to the real. What we can learn from the turmoil in the West Asian and North Africa is that the government should take advantage of internet technology to do its job when the use of internet is widely disseminated. Only by doing so can a harmonious network society be built.First of all, the paper analyzes the features and functions of the networks in political mobilization. Then it proposes that the network has the features of mass mobilization, public instigation, instigating organizations in political mobilization. The third part of the paper describes the impact of social networks in the West Asian and North Africa Unrest from a mechanism point of view. By analyzing the popularity of the Internet in the WANA region, I make a specific analysis of the Internet by three stages:reality-virtual, virtual-virtual, virtual-reality. Through this, you can clearly know what role the social networks plays in political mobilization and how it plays the role. The study can be used to guide the realistic political movements. Also, it provides advice and reference for the government to prevent the unrest, or to make process control (in every stage of real-virtual-real governance). It’s beneficial for building a harmonious "network society.(?)Political mobilization is convenient and difficult to control. On one hand, it brings opportunities for the government, and on the other hand it generates some negative effects. So we should make good advantage of the "double-edged sword". By analyzing the impact of the internet technology, represented by social networks, in the West Asian and North Africa Unrest, capture all aspects of the network in political mobilization, lead its trends, and institutionalizes the political mobilization by network. Then maintain the country’s political stability and encourage citizens’ political participation.
