Design And Implementation Of Computer Aided Instruction System For College Computer Lab

Since the moment of computer’s invention, humans’life has been changed dramatically, with the information technology varying in past decades. Nowadays almost all industries can’t do without the support of computer, the process of education informatization is under rapid development at meantime. College education will cultivate students’ computer skills, as an indicator of assessment and included in the teaching objectives, in order to conform to the trend of the information era, and produce more social outputs with excellent quality talent. Computer experiment teaching as an integral part of the computer skill training process, is under special teaching environments and modes, under which traditional teaching methods and modes can’t fully meet the instruction purpose. Therefore, we should take full advantage of the unique resources, improve traditional teaching methods and supplement by special teaching methods and tools, in order to optimize computer experiment teaching effect.Firstly, this thesis introduces the background and significance of the research, through the analysis of domestic and foreign research and application status, based on the domestic college computer experiment teaching mode, comes to the inadequacies of the existing research, and proposes this subject objective that to develop a computer aided instruction system which adapts to college computer experiment teaching condition. Secondly, based on the task-based teaching theory, imitation learning theory, transactional distance theory and other learning and teaching theories and methods, under the analysis of general computer experiment teaching mode, with analysis of learner motivation combined, the computer experiment classroom teaching process model is proposed. Finally, on the basis of analysis of the function of the computer aided instruction system for computer experiment teaching, a prototype is developed with a designed suitable software architecture, using MFC technology. At the end of this thesis, summarizes the existing deficiencies and possible improvements, meanwhile looks forward to trend of instruction under computer supported environment in future.
