Studies On The Socialization Of Ideological And Political Education In Institutions Of Colleges

As the Party and state pay more attention,national ideological and political education in colleges and universities have continuous development,make great achievements,and accumulate valuable experience. However, that is still faced with some problems,viewed from man’s free and all-around development and meeting social needs.To solve those problems,we can take the approach of realizing the socialization of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.To achieve aim of the college’s Ideological and political education socialization,we should know the connotation of the college’s Ideological and political education socialization first, and for this we should study the relative conceptions of the college’s Ideological and political education socialization,extract the implied meaning of the theme of socialization,and then proceed to the intrinsic meaning of the college’s Ideological and political education socialization. This thesis set forth from the representative conceptions of human’s socialization, political socialization, production socialization,and college’s logistics socialization, analysized their core connotation, and defined the conception of the college’s Ideological and political education socialization as well as its features which include dynamic nature, social property of participation, social property of facilitation. Through the analysis of the conception of the college’s Ideological and political education socialization, it is found that the inadaptation of the effect of college’s Ideological and political education practical activity and the developed requirement of the modern society is the essential contradictory during the process of the college’s Ideological and political education socialization. And according to the resolution of the essential contradictory it can be infered that the basic rule of the college’s Ideological and political education socialization is the resolution of the contradictory between them. For the last part, this article put forward the internal requirement to achieve the college’s Ideological and political education socialization.The inherent requirements of the socialization of university ideological education to achieve, is to achieve the main ideological and political education, between the mediator and the ring body of the community, specifically, is to put the realization of interactive mutual complementary of the main ideological and political education of communion, mediator, the common environment, in the analysis of the three part of the paper, the necessity of socialization of the three aspects of the proposed, realistic problem is subject, medium and the ring body there are analyzed, then to each of these problems put forward the interaction between the effective solution, then how to carry out interactive, interactive have also been discussed in detail.At last, we look forward to the countermeasures for further development of the socialization of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, introducing the tendency of the socialization of ideological and political education in future realistically. It is to realize the ideological and political education from closed to open, from single to the masses, from idealization to lifelization. In the process of ideological and political education socialization,"Panning into daily life" and islanding are two wrong regions that should be avoided. Finally, we put forward to the countermeasures for realizing the socialization of ideological and political education in colleges and universities as a whole taking the three aspects into consideration: changing the concept of ideological and political education, strengthening the leadership and improving communication.
