Teaching Practice is an important part of the Teacher Education Curriculum, but also the important subject of the research areas of Teacher Education. However, Teacher Education is the foundation of the whole educational career. How to strengthen the basis and how to play the basic role? Improve the quality of teaching practice is the key to strengthen it. Normal student teaching practice is the normal students apply what they have learned, such as the basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skills into teaching practice. Normal students is the subject of the practice process and the main force of the future teachers, guidance teachers play a leading role in this process of practice, their work directly affects the success or failure of the teaching practice. In Teaching Practice, study materials, lesson plans, classroom tryout,tutoring are all need careful guidance of the instructor, the more guidance the instructor give, the higher quality of teaching practice and the more progress the normal students will get.From recent sessions of normal school students teaching practice situation, a lot of normal school students do not know how to prepare lessons, make lesson plans and use reference materials. They are poor in instructional design, classroom control and difficult to adapt to the changing role of teachers in a short of time. They have low competitiveness of employment. These conditions result from both the normal school students and instructor guidance. In order to do a good job of teaching practice, we should start from the instructors who play a leading role to find out the problems in the teaching practice, the reasons behind it and tackle recommendations to improve the quality of teaching practice of normal school students.In Teaching Practice, how is the situation of the instructors’ work; what are the problems still exist in the work of the instructors’ guidance; What are the reasons of problems in the instructor’s guidance work; how to improve instructors’guidance in teaching practice. These are the key issues that the research tries to resolve. In order to solve these issues, this research apply literature method, questionnaires and interviews on the situation of work of the instructors in teaching practice,then try to find out the reasons behind it, and then make recommendations for improvement. The article is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction. It includes the problem of the proposed definition, literature review, research ideas and research methods.The second part is the instructor Survey. It includes questionnaire and interview survey on instructors’situation.The third part is the instructors’work problems and causes analysis. The problems are:Normal Students poor work with their instructors; normal students are lack of scientific and detailed guidance; Normal Students are dissatisfactory with their instructors’work; instructors do not have strong sense of responsibility. The main reasons are:Normal Students’poor awareness of the teaching practice; the instructor selection system is imperfect; instructors lack of communication platform; instructors do not know the situation of middle schools; instructors’ teaching concepts are poor; instructors basic attainments are not high; instructors" duties are not clear; poor quality of the guidance of instructors.The fourth part is recommends. The research makes a few suggestions to improve the situation:improve the system for selecting the instructors; strengthening instructors’ training; create platform for instructors to communicate; to change instructors teaching concepts; improve the basic instructor literacy; scientific orientation instructor duties; improve the instructor’s guidance strategies.The fifth part is the conclusion. Mainly on the results obtained in this study, the shortcomings of the study and future direction. Through research, the study reached the following main conclusions:teaching practice, guide the work of the teachers there are many problems in instructors’guidance work in Teaching Practice. But be lack of knowledge and practical experience, coupled with the energy and time limited, the study also exist many problems.In the future we will pour into more efforts and time to overcome these deficiencies.
