"Family, School, Society" Mode In The Full Implementation Of The Practice Research Of Sunshine Sports

Physical fitness is an indication for physical and mental health, it provides basis for life activity and working capacity. With increasingly intense competition in modern society, among which, the influence of the national physical and psychological health on social construction and economic development should not be neglect, all the countries attach great importance to improve physical and mental health. In recent years, physical quality in primary and secondary school students showed a downward trend, which attracts the social wide attentions. The National School Sports Work Conference put forward a number of measures to improve student health, including a nationwide sunshine sports in Dec.2006. Based on the practical conditions, all nationwide primary and secondary schools responded to the call to hold the sports activity and has achieved some effect. However, the effects are not evident in improving student health for unilaterally taken sunshine sports by most family, school or society during the process. Therefore, it is necessary to underpin effective family-school-society partnerships to hold the sports. The paper is mainly based on the schools in urban area, surrounding county and town in Yongchuan District; it adopts questionnaire survey, intervention experiment and data processing method.By means of intervention experiment, the paper presents an analysis on its results; the main conclusions are as follows:1) Qingfeng scheme:it combines the diversified physical quality training with funny games, and uses natural terrain to run, makes full use of students’ active and energetic characteristics, focuses on the unites of moderate exercise, interesting and healthy game and physical activity. With novel design and positive body-building effects, the scheme has significant effects, especially on upper body strength, anti-hypertension, mental health, it is highly valued in popularization.2) Shangyou scheme:it bases on the mode of do exercise every day, every class and every week, the appropriate arrangement, fresh and interesting content is good for body-building, especially, vital capacity, reaction capacity and balance ability, and mental benefits, thus, it is a preferable mode.3) Sanyuan scheme:it integrates "Health Run (800-1200m)", quality training and competitive game to fully promote students’ physical fitness. It highlights the diversified basic quality training and exercise program and lasting speed endurance training. Therefore, it has significant effects on the promoting students’ physical fitness, lowering blood pressure and enhancing lung capacity. In addition, it plays an important role in improving grip strength, simple reaction time, choice reaction time and abdominal curl and comprehensive physiology, it is a recommended mode.4) Laisu scheme:it combines various quality trainings with different competitive games. It promotes teenage students’ physical fitness but not while losing the joy in sports. The scheme has significant effects of scope and intensity on body, the respective reaction time of male and female student, the scores of crook before the seat body and standing broad jump in male student group is pretty good. The scheme provides good reference for improving upper and lower limb strength, training reaction capacity and flexibility quality.5) Xuanhua scheme:it focuses on developing endurance of senior high school students and promoting students’ physical fitness by designing the path for running base on natural terrain and regarding the various quality training programs as the auxiliary practice. The scheme specially emphasizes the differences of male and female, the training of upper body strength by jump stairs, thus, abdominal skinfold of subjects has obviously changed; it emphasizes on higher exercise frequency. From the fitness effect, the scheme is the only way to reduce skinfold and improve heart rate and vital capacity of male and female. In addition, it is comparable to Qingfeng scheme for promoting students’ physical fitness, it worth highly recommended.6) Changnan scheme:it integrates ball games (mainly base on badminton) and quality training to develop high school students’ sports skills and physical fitness. The scheme has much less effect on bodybuilding, but it highlights ball games and the differences in gender and interests. The scheme is effective to reduce body fat of male students and enhance vital capacity of male and female students; it is beneficial to promote physical fitness and mental health, the intervention design pattern has great reference value.To better carry out the sunshine sports activity and improve physical and mental health of teenagers, the paper proposes the following suggestions, including1. Balance development for physical strength of teenagers should be taken into account when design a healthy exercise program.2. Stimulation time and frequency should scientifically arranged when design a healthy exercise program.3. The training of reaction capacity should be emphasized when design a healthy exercise program.4. The mental quality training of teenagers should be valued when design a healthy exercise program.
