With the1990-born population18years of age,the national colleges and universitieshave welcomed the first batch of Post-90s college students, who is different from Post-80s hasa growing experience, gradually entered the domestic and foreign researchers’ research field.How are the psychological characteristics of Post-90s college students? Compared with thePost-80s, their ability to adapt, the psychological pressure source, psychological resilienceand psychological health showed different characteristics? How to according to the Post-90sthe psychological characteristics of college students targeted education? These questions areneeded to be solved.In order to explore the answer, the reseach choosed Post-80s and Post-90s collegestudents in College and University as the study object used the psychological test method, toinspecte Post-90s college students in the ability to adapt, psychological pressure source,psychological resilience and psychological health level of psychological characteristics of thefour aspects. And We carried out an empirical study on psychological pressure source,stressmediator-resilience, stress response-ability to adapt,mental health and analysised theirrelationship. We want to reveal the commonality and difference of Post-90s and Post-80scollege students’ psychological characteristics.The result shows:1、Post-90s college students showed significant stress in family, stress on social,development and study ranked the second, third, fourth,showed less stree in study and life.Different certain gender, majors, grades of Post-90s college students were significantlydifferent on certain stressors.Different regions, whether the one-child and school record ofPost-90s college students had no significant different on stressors.2、Post-90s college students hold strong resilience on social resources, family cohesionand self-efficacy ranked the second, third,hold weak resilience on the organization style,social skills. Post-90s college students of different certain gender, majors, regions, onlychildren and non-only children,grades, school record,flexibility were significantly differenton certain psychological dimensions.3、Post-90s college students hold a best adaptation in the aspect of the campus life, interpersonal relationships, self, emotional, career, learning to adapt with the second,third,fourth, fifth, sixth, a worst adaptation in terms of satisfaction of self.Post-90s collegestudents of different certain gender, majors, regions, only children and non-only children,grades flexibility, school record were significantly different on adaptation.4、Post-90s college students’ mental health force symptoms ranked first, dependence,anxiety, social withdrawal ranked second, thrird, fourth, symptoms of depression andinferiority fifth, paranoia and impulsive symptoms was sixth, social attack, somatization,mental tendency, mental disorder symptoms ranked seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth. Post-90scollege students of different certain gender, majors, regions, only children and non-onlychildren grades flexibility, school record were significantly different on mental health.5、Psychological Stress Scale total score and adaptation Status Scale total score verysignificant between the low negative correlation, indicating Post-90s college students of thehigher the level of students’ psychological stress (psychological pressure greater), to adapt toconditions worse;Psychological Stress scale total score and mental health Scale total scorewas significant low positive correlation, indicating that psychological the higher stress level(greater psychological pressure), and worse mental health.6、Elastic Scale Mental Status Scale total score and adaptation between total averagevery significant moderate positive correlation, indicating Post-90s college students the higherthe level of psychological resilience, adaptation is better; Psychological resilience scale totalscore and mental health Scale total score was significant low negative correlation, indicatinghigher levels of psychological flexibility, better mental health.7、Compared with the Post-80s college students,the Post-90s college students in learning,living, development, social, family pressures and stress on the overall level was significantlyhigher than the Post-80s college students on the psychological stress;psychological flexibility,in addition to the social skills do not exist significant differences, the Post-90s collegestudents in the self-efficacy, organizational planning style, family cohesion, social support andmental flexibility overall levels were significantly higher than the Post-80s collegestudents.In adaptation, the Post-90s college students in interpersonal relationships, learning,campus life, career, emotional, self, and to adapt to the overall satisfaction levels weresignificantly higher than the Post-80s college students in mental health, the Post-90s college students in somatization, anxiety, low self-esteem, social withdrawal, social attacks,psychological disorders, paranoid, obsessive-compulsive, dependent, impulsive, psychotictendencies aspects of mental health were significantly lower than the Post-90s collegestudents.Finally, based on the investigation, we analysised the causes of psychologicalcharacteristics of Post-90s college students, and proposed the educational advice andstrategies in order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidances for universitiesideological and political education and psychological health education work.
