| The big distance distribution system have the characteristics small diameter,more number ofholes and the small distance between the adjacent hole,it is difficult to achieve rapid in measurementwith general measurement method of the coaxial tolerance,and can’t achieve high measuring accuracyat the same time. According to these characteristics of big distance distribution system,this paperproposes a new survey scheme,it can realize the unification of fast measure and high precisionmeasurement,at the same time,can solve the problem that not easy to measure of size parameters andhard to repair of big distance distribution system.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the big distance distribution system,this paper putsforward a measurement system about measuring the diameter and the coaxial tolerance.The system iscomposed by laser collimator’s system,the self-centering measurement institution,data acquisition andprocessing system and the error compensation system. Builded up a absolutely coordinate system bythe laser benchmark techniques,used the self-centering measurement institutions as sports measurementto collect the target information,through the data processing system and error compensation system toget the inner diameter of the hole and the coaxial tolerance of error. Designed of the core componentsof the system-the self-centering measurement institutions, the self-centering measurement institutionsuse three jaws self-centering principle, when three jaws are stretching out, transforming the radialdisplacement into the internal components rotation movement of the institutions, through thephotoelectric encoder count the rotating amount. When the claws stretched out until close contact to thehole wall, the PSD installed in the head will collect the laser location information of the benchmark inthe PSD coordinate system,using this information,the center of the hole position of the institution isindirect reflected in the absolute coordinate system,thus completing the collection of the data about thecoaxial assessment. Design the system data acquisition and control parts,including the choice of eachelement of the system hardware and part of the circuit design,including the PSD sensors,photoelectricencoder,the collimator console,data acquisition card,etc. Completed of the error theory analysis of eachlink in the system,find the main error of the system through theoretical analysis,and put forward thecorresponding simulation and the improved methods. Designed the inner diameter measuringcalibration experiment and the coaxial tolerance of the measurement system verification experiment. |
