A Research On The Solution Of Access Habits Based Mobile IPv6Network Access

In1996, IETF mobile IP working group (IP Routing for Wireless/Mobile Hosts)developed mobile IPv4standard. So far, the Mobile IPv6standards are still indeveloping process, Mobile IPv6already have numerous updates. Mobile IPv6makesflexible use of the IPv6protocol for mobility supporting.Mobile IPv6protocol, major in network communication between mobile nodes usinga care-of address for routing, otherwise use the Home Address as an label for homenetwork identification. Mobile IPv6packets implements Destination Option andRouting Header Type2to demonstrate the home address of the source or destination.Mobile IPv6have a rule that Return Routable Procedure is a necessary procedure forbuilding direct optimal-routing connection between mobile nodes. However, RRprocedure validation cost a lot of system resource and network bandwidth, Itsometimes makes the mobile nodes and the home agent in long waiting with the lowefficiency.This paper provide a new mobile nodes management solutions. The solutionabandoned RR procedure and make more efficiency through user access habits, whileassociating with a secure address allocation scheme that does not reduce the overallsafety of the protocol. At the same time, Isolating the role of application server fromthe home agent, the APPS mainly take the responsible for maintenance the accessinformation and history of mobile nodes. The APPS also make a favorite destinationlist for specific mobile nodes for reducing the request and the acknowledgement in thewhole network. All the details of improved mobile IPv6protocol will be describedand the design will also establish a simulation platform, to test and compare theefficiency of the improved scheme and the original scheme.This paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, mainlyintroduces the research background, the essential of the mobile IP technology, thedifferent between mobile IPv4and mobile IPv6; the second chapter is the analysis that the principle function of mobile IPv6network operation. chapter2focus on thedefects of mobile IPv6operating and the improve scheme is outlined. The thirdchapter, show the detailed implementation of the proposed scheme, including thefinite state mechanism. The fourth chapter is going to set a simulation platform to testand compare the efficiency of the improved scheme and the original scheme. The fifthchapter is the conclusion of this design.
