Design And Realization Of Synthesis Laboratory Teaching Management System

The synthesis laboratory management system, which becomes a hot spot of university teaching and management nowadays, concerns the teaching quality of university and guarantees the teaching and researching experimental conditions. In this study, a project of laboratory management system, "The Synthesis Laboratory Teaching Management System", was designed and developed after analyzed the laboratory management using in domestic universities, especially the information management. This management system would better satisfy the construction and management of the laboratory. An actual software product had been also designed and developed and had been used by several universities.This system based on the web with comprehensive supports for laboratory management and practice teaching management and also relative business. The functions involved:the laboratory basic management, the laboratory construction, the practice teaching, the experiment courses opening, the equipments and instruments management, the stocking management, large equipment sharing, laboratory intelligence website and so on.This article researches the design and develop proceeds of the system emphatically, introduces the XML and XSL parsing, analyses the workflow platform and RBAC mode used by key module, of which is detailed introduced the functional compartmentalization. Then I simply introduce the security and management problems which should be paid attention to during the system running. Finally, I summarize the successful results and future planning of the system, and makes points to the information establishments in universities.
