This article describes based on SOA (service-oriented architecture) is used in television production and broadcast of a new platform architecture design and implementation. Domestic radio and television industries, especially for professional TV Station, based on broadcast architecture exploration for many years, the practice of SOA architecture for the application there are some practices. At this stage the adoption of SOA technology mainly in whole station network and broadcast network and the network construction in which the ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) and EMB (Enterprise Media bus) represented. This article discusses the new architecture and broadcast platform is widely used by the industry to receive the SOA design, ESB and EMB technology but the difference is:1, to solve the ESB/EMB platform structure is too loose, input costs and a long construction period, different manufacturers have difficulty collaboration inadequacies;2, system platform for small and medium-scale construction, relative to the ESB /EMB platform is a lightweight, especially for business relative concentration of the "information island" type system. "Information island" composition vary in size, can be caused by multiple subsystems/subnet, and a number of platforms and services constitute the core of the platform level, but also by a single subnet and a small amount of platforms and platform service composition;System characterized mainly as follows:1, in line with principles of SOA architecture, loosely coupled, coarse-grained, the user changes the system’s adaptability is a different ESB/EMB platform for new SOA-based application platform architecture;2, the platform is responsible for unified external interface to the system by the construction of units in the development platform interface specification, unified access platform from the platform and the external subnet system interaction;3, the platform provides the basis of the overall framework, based on XML/ WSDL/UDDI/JMS/JCA/SOAP/ADAPTOR other technology.4, the platform’s management system and core services, including:service register/umegister, lifecycle management, service stop and service status monitoring, workflow management platform, the service reference mechanism, and so on.5, the platform provides access mechanism and the corresponding subnet specifications, standards developed by the platform construction unit. Platform can support multi-subnet access, but access to the platform must meet specification. Since the implementation of the platform vendors generally higher qualification be completed by the subnet can be relatively low technical level and ability of manufacturers to complete, therefore, to develop specifications for the platform to prevent access to a number of other manufacturers wrangling with each other, locked in the situation. Subnet can access as long as the standard by platform, but also solve many obstacles small and medium scale manufacturers of IT technical barriers. Therefore, the whole system of relatively short construction period, the cost than the original ESB/EMB program is much lower.6, the core service platform loading mechanism and subnet access mechanisms are two independent mechanisms and processes. Thus, a change will not affect the normal operation of other systems. The system uses a hierarchical structure, as opposed to the bottom of the top independent and transparent packaging, the use of the system hierarchy, each layer of the interface between the relatively fixed standard, so the system a certain level of function or component changes, the other level is very small. Therefore, we can say that within the platform and to some extent the introduction of loosely coupled and coarse-grained thinking.This design is currently in Chongqing Broadcast and Television Station to implement the "new media platform in Chongqing Station" project. Building inspection is completed after the beginning of 2011, has more than six months of actual operation and use of on-line, the system has proved simple and practical process, the design of the application platform with innovative and exploratory. The project has made good use of effects to enhance the station and broadcast multiple channels within efficiency, ensure quality programming, to enhance the level of programming to do in Chongqing sets the necessary technical support and contributions to.
