Design And Implementation Of The Fleet Business Management System For Transportation Company

As an integral part of office automation of company, the fleet business managementsystem, which exists in the daily work of transportation enterprises, can restrain the dailywork of the enterprises, and reduce the economic losses due to carelessness operation; It canmake the job more organized, which can greatly improve the employees’ work efficiency; Itcan provide fast and accurate data support for the company, which accelerate the reactionspeed to relevant business of the enterprises and improve the business accuracy.Under theguidance of the big trend that the current office software more and more applies to small andmedium enterprises, based on the principle of respect for demand and application, the dailybusiness management system with a friendly interface, strong interaction and functionexpansibility is developed, which is aimed at the specific business and also has a lowcost. Themain research work of the dissertation is summarized as follows:(1)According to the further understanding to the fleet business and investigation to thedetails of employees’ daily work, based on the way and process of enterprise’s work,combined with the software engineering basic content, the functional demand of the businessmanagement system is analyzed and sorted out: insurance, role control, log records, and otherfunctions, and provide function interface to Excel.(2)The software preliminary design includes two parts: data and user interface.According to the business specificity and respect for the demand to the independence of theenterprise business, it designs multi-table to achieve data storage and uses SQL Server2005as the backend database to provide the data services for the user interface program; the userinterface, according to various requirements of function, a is designed to provide friendlyinterface with the variety operations.(3) Based on the preliminary design of the fleet business system, it designs managementmodule, the business information module, information query model and log managementmodule and realizes the detailed design code. The user interface is written by VC++8.0, andinteract operation data with the backend database.(4)After the Fleet business system is realizing, each module functional is tested, and thedetails of the function involved in each module is provided classification test, to make the testcoverage rate about100%. Then system integration test is implemented, requiring no mistakesand abnormal phenomenon during the whole company business operation flow, to ensure thecorrectness of the data and security.
