Design&Implementation Of Teachers’ Teaching Quality Evaluation System For Heilongjiang Industry&Commerce Institute

The aim of this research is to resolve the difficulties involving teacher’s instructionalevaluation of Heilongjiang Industry and Commerce Institute: the continuous increasingnumber of teachers and students after they broadened the scope of enrolling new studentsin2006. The ex-method of instructional evaluation is not able to dispose so many recordsgenerated from teachers and students. The work is directed by Instructional Supervisor’sOffice. The writer investigates the situations and leads the research. The research focuseson accelerating the process of informing on instructional evaluation, improving the abilityof data disposal, and merging or simplifying those secondary or unnecessary segments, soas to reform the teacher’s instructional evaluation of the institute.First, the thesis expounds a changing process between establishment in2002and peakenrollment in2010, admitting the ex-method of instructional evaluation can not afford thescope of institute. As a result, the conclusion from instructional evaluation for eachsemester is not able to reflect teaching levels exactly.To solve the problems, the research began many methods of investigation, whichobjects consist of every sector in department work mode and process. Based on these ways,the research found the key point which blocks the ability of data disposing. That is therelative under-developed method of data disposal can not match the huge amount of datawhich is continuously increasing.For the research, institute leaders suggest:1. New resolutions inherit the essentials in ex-method of instructional evaluation,according to actual situations of institute nowadays.2. Providing the mechanism of multi-index evaluating integration.3. Providing external interfaces to be advantageous to exchange informationamount departments.4. Reform the existed work process, to be advantageous to improve the ability ofdata disposal.5. Providing the serious mechanism of secrecy, to assure information security.6. Releasing applicable technical achievements. Accordingly, the research strives to reserve the frame of instructional evaluation, andensures some factors are merged into the work system, contemporarily. This systemincludes a pack of computer software, named TEACHER’S INSTRUCTIONALEVALUATION SOFTWARE Version1.0, which is applicable to the whole business process,as well as a suitable technical norm. By means of these factors, it makes department’sbusiness process change from separating style to integrating style, and from centering onsolving problems to centering on software dispatching. Thus, official business is able toenlarge the amount of data disposal, to raise the efficiency in work, to reduce consumptionof manpower and material resources, and to minimize error rates, more scientifically,seriously and securely.The software is designed for multi-user management based on role dispatchingmechanisms. Administrators can dispatch different authorities to different users, so that thesystem separates a user from others in division work style. The thesis also provides a suitof role dispatching resolution which would be applicable. In actual works, you can adopt itwholly, partly, or draft your own role dispatching resolution.Also, this thesis expounds the software achieving process briefly. The researchadopted Microsoft Visual Studio as developing platform, based on.NET Frameworkdeveloping tool assembly, and C#script language, to develop applications for Windowsoperation system. The research makes Microsoft Access as its tiny database system. Thesoftware engineering is limited in Evaluation namespace, and includes three class libraryComm, Evaluation, and WindowsControl, and one setup project Setup. In the briefdescription, the thesis provides object defines for the four parts above. However, it willprovide the achievement of several methods, if necessary.In these four parts, the thesis provides the software’s pictures in running on Windowssystem, which could be advantage of user’s knowing about some layouts and outlookdirectly. Apart of those, the thesis introduces the course of art design briefly on base ofAdobe Photoshop as tools.Finally, the thesis explains the new characters of the department business after usingthe methods listed above, and describes the new instructional evaluation business process,compared to the old one.The appendix consists of Label-Meaning Chart and User Manual, for enquiry.
