Under the macro environment that market opening gradually and intense competition,the local telecommunication enterprise strategic has changed large-scale expansion frominvention to the customer satisfaction, network management level and network applicationefficient gradually, then turn to the over all operation management contest. Under thebackground, as the crucial part of the network operation support system, resourcemanagement system develops rapidly, and occupies the important situation. Even, it becomesthe key means of the telecommunication operators to improve the operation efficiency anddevelop business, and accomplish the overall business.The textual research purpose is to construct network operation support system for theCommunications Company of Daqing Oilfield. The textual main research transactionresources management subsystem and assign subsystem of transaction resources oftelecommunication resources management system, in order to improve the resource using rate,satisfy the customer’s need at the utmost, and realize the normal, scientific and automationmanagement to the correspondence net resources.First,this article introduces the Network Operation Support System (OSS). It is abackground support system, the main object-oriented computing systems, equipment, andnetwork resources, operations support systems, including resource management systems,operations scheduling system, NMS and service assurance systems, communication networksand efficient, the communication network is efficient and smooth operation of the primarymeans.In recent years, whether it is developed in the theory of management concepts, standards,or in the planning and construction, application control, and many other domestic OSSsystems have made great progress, including the development and application of some areashas reached international advanced level.Aims at the Communications Company of Daqing Oilfield to the system demand oftransmission network resource management and the dispatch of transmission networkresources to study, has obtained the system function architecture. For the transmissionnetwork resource management subsystem,it is mainly to complete the base datamaintenance of the transmission network resource and the circuit resources, thus achieved hassolved the question of the resources data which accumulates for a long time only cansketchily grasp in the management, but does not have the precise data.For the transmissionnetwork resources assign subsystem,it is mainly to change the present situation that a lots ofdispatches transmission resources processing work depends on manual, the workingefficiency is lower, the data has no quality safeguard. And it improves the working efficiency of network management department to process the transmission resources dispatch based onprecise data.According to the system function architecture, it is used the J2EE platform, and used theMVC pattern and the AJAX technology based on the Struts that can process the Transmissionof amounts of page data. The MVC pattern has realized the separation of expression and data;And the Struts is a very good realization for the MVC pattern, it has realized the separation ofbusiness logic and User interface very well,it is the most possibly to reduce the dependence ofeach other; The basic idea of AJAX is "according to demand to fetch data",so it is the mostpossibly to reduce the redundancy to request and the burden to the server, at the same time,itis realized to update a page without refresh, reduced the waiting time on actual or psychology.It has described the design of the system from system architecture, System technicalarchitecture and functional design in three areas. The system architecture is described in theoverall resources of the OSS system level architecture, and come out of the transmissionnetwork resource management and transmission network resource scheduling subsystem ofthe research hierarchy. And this article describes the structure of these two subsystems, thetechnical solutions and systems to implement the necessary conditions. The functional designpart expands the description of the resource management subsystem of the transmissionnetwork and transmission resource scheduling subsystem functional design.System realization is carried out according to the network operation support systemtransmission network resource management and scheduling subsystem design content.Focuses on the key of the system, given the part of the flow chart of the key code andinterface. And discusses the basic process of system testing, the test required hardware/software platforms and test tools, test results obtained system has been tested and can bedelivered to users. Finally a brief introduction of the system application.
