With the constant development of science and technology, computer technology keepsdeveloping the depth of our work and daily life through the Internet. School personnel andpayroll management is an important part of school management. In recent years, with theaccelerated development of primary education, school personnel and payroll managementgradually became more complex. Not only do they have to deal with the daily staff wagesand benefits, assessment evaluation, post evaluation, and recruitment management, but alsocomplete controlling of the personal information of the faculty which covers a wide rangeof information. In such kind of working atmosphere and the realistic background, how touse the network database system to better personnel management has become the targetwhich the majority of college personnel workers continue to spare no efforts to fulfill.The author of the paper has long been engaged in school personnel and payrollmanagement, familiar with the business processes, understanding the connotation and theouter of the school personnel management. Based on this, according to the analysis on thebasis of the actual work of school personnel and payroll management of informationtechnology, the author built the human resources management system based on B/Sstructure, which laid some theoretical basis and practical experience for school personnelinformation management with informatization, scientization and standardization..This paper discusses the development process of the school personnel and payrollmanagement information system. First, it deals with the analysis of the school personnelmanagement information system development process; second, detailed information ofsupporting environment and technology for system development is given; in the end, adesigning idea is offered that considering the actual needs of the school personnelmanagement information systems, personnel information management system should notonly be manager-oriented, but should also be staff-oriented. In addition, in accordancewith the different needs and designing ideas of varied visitors, the paper makes anintegrated design of the conceptual structure and logical structure of the database, and alsomakes an independent design of part-system sub-module, so that the system can not onlybe convenient in personnel management, but also meet the actual needs of the faculty for information sharing.The examples in the paper are of the developing process of this system, describing allthe Process of software-exploitation by using JSP-technology in detail. All furtherinformation can be found in the paper, from overall project, database design, to interfacedesign and specific programming. The development of similar systems has reference value.
