| With the development of mobile communication technology, the coverage of wireless network shows diversity and complexity. With mobile terminals supporting more and more multiple access modes, users face the problem of how to choose the appropriate network interface for different services, and the increase of wireless users and service volume are also a challenge to the limited amount of network resources. Therefore, it is of great value to study how to change the access networks model without interrupting the data transmission and utilize network resources efficiently.As the extension of Mobile IPv6protocol, multiple care-of address registration allows the mobile node to access the network using multiple network interfaces at the same time. But when users need to change the access network, the mobile node must disconnect the original link firstly, re-establish a binding relationship with home agent, and then transfer data again, which will cause the service interruption. This paper aims to study the uninterrupted data flow movement based on multiple care-of address registration function.This paper firstly describes the flaws now existing in mobile Internet data transmission technology and the study aimed at the defects in domestic and foreign institutions, and then analyses the flow mobility technology this paper will achieve in terms of the service requirements and efficient use of network resources. Secondly, this paper designs a solution to realize flow mobility technology, and analyses the extensions to Mobile IPv6in terms of the flow binding, flow identification and flow mobility. Thirdly, the paper analyses how to realize flow mobility mainly from the mobile node and home agent modules with software design process and data structure.Finally, the paper constructs a WLAN wireless network environment and tests the software of flow mobility support in Mobile IPv6on the Linux2.6.29kernel platform, mainly about the flow binding, flow identification, flow mobility and the flow mobility delay, and then makes the corresponding analysis. Test results show that the software basically realizes module functions of flow mobility in Mobile IPv6. |
