Design And Implementation Of Office Automatic System Cooperate With E-Government

This thesis’s research is based on government’s informationize and reformation, it analyzed a mass of cases home and abroad and figured out several deficiencies. This thesis emphasize on the exposition of office automatic system of Yunnan province.By means of the investigation of current situation of office automatic system in Yunnan province,this system updated old version.This thesis describes this system’s topological structure and operational mode in terms of network architecture.It represents this system’s structure from the angle of software architecture. To implement this system,large numbers of technology must been overcome,for instance, the design of Web architecture, the interactive design with Mobile PDA, the interactive design with CA certification, the interactive design with two-dimension code. The main function is e-mail subsystem, document exchange subsystem and centralization of management subsystem.On the basis of centralization of office automation, this system construct a centralized platform on information issue, implement a system of official document management including receive, give, allocate and manage. To bring about some implements, this system expand digital official business.By analysis of this case,we wish to provide a kind of concrete mode which is proprietary structure of province e-government and application system it will connect with all the department of government and establish safety inner network and central database which meet the needs of online work of civil servant. Those services are available and inner information exchange is implemented easily.
