Warp knitting machine under high-speed operation let-off amount constant, the yarn tensionstable or not directly affect the warp knitting product quality. Particularly when warp knittingmachine is starting and stopping, the tension changing that the working beam is unsynchronizedwith the spindle can easily cause cross stripe. The cross stripe can not only directly affect theproduct quality, but also is an important indicator for measuring the performance of the warpknitting machine.The electronic yarn let-off system is one of the most important parts in the warp knittingmachine. Due to the speed and performance of limitations, traditional electronic let-off systemcan only be reduced to some extent in the stopping line. But it can not fundamentally eliminate.In this paper, based on the design of the ARM andembedded Linux warp knitting machine electronic let-off control system, the system dataprocessing ability can meet the requirements of electronic let-off speed and precision of real timecontrol requirements. At the same time, the system has good at achieving a good machine startand stop processes of servo control.The development of the beam control system in warp knitting machine is introduced. Andthen, the application of beam control system in home and abroad are analyzed. The gap whichappears in home and aboard can be seen obviously. Firstly, the article introduces the EBCelectronic let-off system composition and principle, and analyzes the embedded electronic let-offsystem of warp knitting machine core design and control algorithm for unit. The electroniclet-off system lay the theoretical foundation. Secondly, the article introduces the warp electroniclet-off system hardware circuit design. It also adopts serial communication to serve this designby using the man-machine interface. To meet the requirement of real-time control for datatransmission, the unified management and system hardware anti interference are analyzedseparately. Then, according to the requirement of control system, the electronic let-off controlsystem software is designed. And the simulation platform is researched by using the analysis oftest data of the electronic let-off on effect of stopping line.To ensure high speed warp knitting machine under constant, the topic from the warpelectronic let-off control system hardware and software aspects is analyzed. The cause of the stopping line is also obtained. The analysis results show that it effectively reduce the stoppingline.
