The Development And Design Of High-speed Warp Knitting Machine Controller

With the growing demand for warp knitted fabric and the deepening of the textileindustrial structural readjustment, warp knitting machine is toward to high speed,intellectualization and networking. It mainly reflected in the deep integration andwide application of the micro processing technology, network technology, communi-cation technology and automatic control technology.This article studied high speed warp knitting machine controller which wascomposed of sides-way garget, warp let-out motion, several control cards and severaldriver cards. This paper focuses on the design of jacquard card control card and thedriver card. Control cards which are based on embedded microcontroller includemaster control chip, data interaction, signal conditioner and pattern data storage mod-ules. It is mainly responsible for data distribution and the monitoring of jacquardweaving driver card. And the driver card contains not only all the modules of controlcard, but also the data storage in power fail state. Using multiprocessor and mixed bus,system realizes fully digital data transmission and decentralized control of the fieldbus control. High efficient communication, multi-point error-detecting and expanda-bility are obvious. For different level of bus, system respectively designs the streng-thening error control protocol that is extensible and the simplify CAN protocol. Thispaper also puts forward a kind of easy solutions for data compression algorithm inmicrocontroller, which shortens the time of on-line data transmission and data extract,to improve the transmission accuracy and ensure real-time control.This paper introduced the function and specific circuit design of control card and driver card. In addition, some practical measures of electronic system anti-jammingdesign are introduced in detail. The research will help to improve the level of highspeed, intellectualization of warp knitting machine.
