Multi-axis andMulti-channel motion control system adopts key technologies of modern motioncontrol subject and has been widely using in Multi-axis motion data-controlmanufacture work, Multi-dimension industry robot as well as remote sensor’smotion unit. With the technology development and capability rising, the performancerequirement of test equipment is increasing. In order to solve the problem likechannel limit, data communication slow, real-time capability bad of the traditionaltest equipment, satisfy the need of Multi-channel parallel test, high-speed datatransmission and real-time test information, Multi-channel signals acquisition andprocess system is given, and the system is integrated PCI bus and FPGA technology,use the advantages of PCI bus and FPGA to realize Multi-channel signal parallel,real-time and high-speed acquisition-process.According to the performance and application requirement of simulation andtest instrument, this paper gives electronic test model, including signal frequency test,amplitude test and emulation photoelectric encoder feedback, designs Multi-channelsignal real-time acquisition-process system, finishes circuit design, driver software and application software design. Aim at Multi-channel driver control signal’characteristics, uses simulation and test model,and adapts related algorithm toanalyze and process data, the generated test data is transmitted to master computerwith PCI bus to save and display real-time, while the generated feedback-data is sentback to motion control system with RS-422serial transmission.Two-axis combined step motor’s driver control system was used as testingequipment in simulation and test experiments, the result of such experiments showsthat this signal acquisition-process system could parallel, real-time acquire andprocess two-channels8control signals with working frequency less than1KHz,voltage amplitude less than12V, signal sample frequency12MHz and sampleprecision12bit, real-time display information with frequency, amplitude, turndirection and error of each signal, at the same time, the control system real-timedisplays feedback information, as a result, satisfy the application need ofMulti-channel control simulation and test equipment. |
