Low consum-ing fuel refers to the use of a low grade of diesel. So far, In order tomake the fuel locomotives normally used in low-grade diesel in winter, low-gradediesel is heated. Based on the above, This paper develops a computer monitor systemwhich is to solve the winter as a result of oil or wax in diesel locomotive caused bylow grade diesel cannot use normal phenomenon. the system use of Siemens PLC, wedesign and development of low consum-ing fuel depot computer monitoring softwaresystem. The function of the system is based on the transport distance andtransportation at ambient temperatures, the oil of diesel oil is heated to a certaintemperature, guarantee to the locomotive diesel can be normal use.The system use the steam-water and water-Diesel two plate heat exchanger heatthe Diesel in the low consum-ing fuel system.The plate heat exchanger havenonlinearity, large time lag and strong coupling, while it is difficult to establish theprecise mathematical model. In addition, in the actual heating process, according totransport distance pre-set heating temperature, making the heated outlet diesel inaccordance with the temperature set value output. For the conventional PID control,can not meet the above control requirements. The paper design a fuzzy PID controllerafter which combine intelligent control with conventional PID control, The controllercan change according to the controlled object to adjust the proportion, integral anddifferential coefficient. The basis of parameters determined by simulation; thealgorithm is the ultimate in PLC program, after a year of field operation, thecompletion of the production control requirements. Verify the fuzzy PID controlalgorithm in the system of fuel low-grade fever, response speed, steady-state accuracy,overshoot than the conventional PID control.The subject requirements for remote management of computers to providereal-time data for management personnel to monitor the system operating conditions,and to provide real-time, historical data for future decision-making and analysis; thesystem have flow meter and energy meter etc., they have independent485communication interface with different communication protocols, so this systemusing Visual C++ATL successful development OPC data server interface providesreal-time data interface for LAN management computer, and data sharing.
