Abstract/Summary:
Automatic logistics system is the core of produce services to online materials management system, integrates logistics and production management, material management, warehouse management all in one. Along with the industrial automation and information degree unceasing enhancement, modern tobacco logistics automation system has made considerable progress and development, traditional tobacco logistics model has not adapted to industry needs, tobacco logistics automation system still need to continue improve and perfect.Combination the needs of industrial production sites, the actual take Hongta group Dali tobacco factory technology reform logistics system overall integration project as background, combined with industry related basic data, design accessories finished product warehousing and related equipment capacity calculation and simulation. Developed materials, finished product logistics automatic control system based on PLC. Controller hardware by Siemens’s S7-400PLC, monitoring interfaces with Siemens industrial control machine, Software design use STEP7V5.5program design software and SIMATIC WinCC V7.0configuration software. System is divided into accessories, storage of finished products in, finished out three main station and29field stations, electric control system through PROFINET to process control, supported by ProfiBus-DP buses constitute a complete control system, through the industrial Ethernet connection host computer dispatch system. Control systems provide a reserve of optical interfaces, communication with other systems. Monitoring system design including regional and single unit operation status, fault display, alarm information etc host interface, PLC control program design realized the system chain control of the transportation equipments, conveyor and shuttle cars, robots and stacking machine interface communications and dispatching system of information exchange, and so on.In order to better integrated the technology, products and management of all functional parts involved in logistics system as a physically, logically, functionally unified system, achieving optimal integrated design and efficient orderly operation. Considering the associated device interface, logistics equipment works with civil engineering, air conditioning, ventilation, fire, each unit electric control interfaces and integration of logistics system software design, eventually achieve the overall integration of logistics systems.Through on-site construction commissioning, the accessories, finished product logistics automation system designed in this article has a high control precision, at the same time has a strong real-time and stability performance. At present the project has entered commissioning pilot stage.
