Automatic Control System Design Of Electric Rotary Furnace

Electric rotary furnace is a heating industrial furnace of the use of heating effect, it is a heat processing equipment that heats bulk powder or slurry fluid materials, widely used in metallurgy, chemical and building materials industries. I study abroad in the same type of electric rotary furnace based on the back for SRK-0940electric rotary furnace process characteristics and the lack of manual control system, I do a transformation for the furnace automatic control system, including the system overall design, the peripheral hardware design based on PLC control system, and the software design based on PLC control system of three parts.The main function of the electric rotary furnace SRK-0940is heating for the material, so the study of the furnace heating zone is particularly important. The temperature of electric rotary furnace heating zone is normal850℃, the maximum of use temperature is900℃, the temperature control error is±2℃, the furnace temperature control system of the text in the design mainly is consisted of regulating objects (furnace temperature), a temperature sensing device, PID regulation and enforcement agencies in four major areas, it form a negative feedback loop system, than it uses Mitsubishi FX2N-48MR series of PLC to do the control procedures preparation, and implementation of the furnace temperature setting, data computing and control of temperature, and finally through the touch screen real-time online monitoring of the temperature. This article is in full consideration of the electric rotary furnace structure, heating, testing equipment, communications equipment, I do a design of the furnace control system based on the electric rotary furnace temperature and speed control. It is compared to the traditional manual control, the electric rotary furnace work is more efficient, stable and secure.
