The mine ventilation system plays a very important role in the safeproduction. The fan is the main equipment of the ventilation system, so itnot only can greatly improve the level of automation in mining production,but also a mine safe production for real-time monitoring and controlling itsrunning status.Based on the laboratory a three-phase asynchronous motor as thecontrol object, it is combined with PLC control technology, frequencycontrol technology and control technology, to research mine fan monitoringsystem for the paper. Firstly, based on PLC, frequency converter design andsystem control functions, to selecte reasonable system control scheme. Then,to design the main circuit and the control circuit, and selecte and connecte;PLC,inverter,sensors, photoelectric coded disk.using STEP7-Micro/WIN4.0programming software to complete the PLC program design; according tothe mine fan monitoring system functional requirements, combined with theKingview and PLC,to realize the monitoring system of air blower designrequirements. Finall, to study the monitoring system for the experimental.The experimental results show that the monitoring system can bemanual and automatic frequency control fan speed; can Online monitor andcontrol fan operation, fan air pressure, speed, can real-timely monitorvoltage and current, can realize fault alarm and its processing functions.
