| In recent years, there are many books facing the problem of books ageing, which haveaffected the life of the books, in order to save the valuable information contained in these books, and allow readers can stay at home in their own home directly through network online, scanningtaking pictures to books to achieve the electronic books, adopting a new technique of the booksentering device based onstep motor.In this article, single-chip control stepper motor driver, controling of the stepper motorspeed and the move speed of the executing machine which is dragged by the stepper motor. Thesystem can realize the precise position, turning the page on the book automatically and takingphotographs of pictures and articles,then process images and coexist for a certain file format.Thedevice achieve the electronic books well,which has good practicability and application prospect.At the same time, this paper gave the analysis and research to the control system of controlprocedures and principles of the books automatic page-turning and scanning device. To beginwith, it introduced the stepper motor control system based on AVR ATmega32L microcontrollerand solenoid valves drive mechanism hardware architectur. Secondly, it designed the relatedsoftware programming，designed the related fuzzy-PID controller. Finally, it allowed thesystem to run with equipment.It still need further explore and study for the the books automatic page-turning and scanningdevice.The article made summaries and the direction for the future research. |
