| With the developing of China’s socialist economic construction, China’s national standard of living has greatly improved, and this brings a sharp increasing in the number of private cars and buses. The increase in the vehicle also makes the occurrence of traffic accidents in China increased significantly, the public security department staffs need to spend a lot of time to record the accidents information, and at the same time they also have to record the traffic accident processes, results and the approval information, this will spend a lot of time. Due to the limitations of our national system, most public security departments manage the traffic accidents which are under their jurisdiction, this bring the lack of information exchange and sharing between different parts and result not conducive to the linkage processing of traffic accidents. It is urgent to solve these problems for traffic accident management. In order to solve these problems, the public security department for Anqiu City decides to develop a traffic accident management information system.The Traffic Accident Management Information System combines the status of Anqiu City’s traffic accident management, takes full advantage of information technology, networking, computer management tools to realize the comprehensive management for the whole city. It will promote the efficiency of the public security departments and management levels, strengthen the management and service functions of the public security department of traffic accidents, realize information sharing and exchange of the local public security departments in the city to assist the municipal public security department to conduct a comprehensive management of the city about traffic accidents.This paper describes the system requirements, the design and implementation process of the Traffic Accident Management Information System for Anqiu City. Firstly, it describes the development background and the current study situation of the system, gets the meaning of system development, and at the same time gives a brief analysis of the accident management process. Secondly, it gets the requirements of the data type and the data format, describes the accident management process, analyze the accident statistics, accident approval, accident files management and other aspects, which based on the different department involved in this. It uses UML use case diagram, activity diagram to describe the various modules of the Traffic Accident Management Information System for Anqiu City. Thirdly, it gives out the design and detailed describing of the Traffic Accident Management Information System for Anqiu City. Finally, this paper describes the implementation of the system which based on the requirements analysis, functional design and at last gives out the system modules testing.The system eventually realize the management functions of the Traffic Accident Management Information System for Anqiu City, makes the public security departments of Anqiu City linking together to handle the traffic accident statistics, queries, and approval functions, at the same time, the users can record the results of different accidents to implement traffic accident record and file management functions.The operation of the system basically meets the needs of the public security department, it realizes the accident information exchange and sharing between different public security departments. It can clean up, summary and Integrate accidents information, and helps the leaders to specify the next work plan. |
