The Design And Implementation Of Office Workflow Management System For Changyi Finance Bureau

The application of office automation system is government information trend, currently provinces and cities administrative units mostly has used office automation system to implement internal office of network process and automation, so Changyi finance bureau learns advanced units application office automation experience, and takes a research for the process work of receiving files, and dispatch files and internal for instructions and the needed approval class work such as the news, archives, and notification, develops office workflow management system for Changyi finance bureau.The system has an analysis design using software engineering thought, and this paper describes the system implementation process with the help of the system requirements analysis, system design, system detailed design, system implementation and system test. In the requirements analysis phase, it uses UML use case analysis method to describe the system functional requirements, describe the functional requirements of the system use case, painting out of the system and use case diagram. In system design stage, this paper introduces the system architecture design, detailed design system and database design. System architecture design describes the system functional architecture and technical architecture of the system, drawing the functional feature chart and technical architecture diagram, and draws a system network topology; System detailed design describes the design of the system, and draw the system static structure and the timing diagram; System database design describes the concept model and data in database table structure design. In the implementation phase of the system, it describes the implementation of the system function and gives functional effect diagrams, activity diagrams and part of the function the code; System testing through the test cases to describe the system function test. Finally it summarizes the work of this paper.The system adopts B/S development mode, using Struts framework technology to develop realization, using SQL Server2005as the database server, specific for receiving management, dispatching management, internal instructions, file management, news management and internal notice management capabilities. Receiving management realizes the receiving registration, receiving proposed, receiving instructions, receiving distribution, receiving circulated, receiving access to the sample receiving and archiving functions, achieving the process design of receiving management as a whole. Dispatching management achieves the process design for dispatching management, realizes the draft issued, promulgated the nuclear release, issued by the Department audit, audit, leadership files and file-archiving function. Internal instruct realized the internal instruct flow design and realize the empowered draft, instruct verify draft, department audit, leadership audit leadership instruction and leadership asking filing etc. function.
