Wireless LAN technology as a way of network access,because of free frequencyband,flexible networking technology,easy migration,etc,it’s become one of the wirelesscommunications and internet technology combined with the emerging direction ofdevelopment. In multitudinous wireless LAN technology,the IEEE802.11technologyespecially have the fast progress,and it has the most widely using.How to test theIEEE802.11wireless LAN in the practical applications,how to detect the insecurity ofthe IEEE802.11wireless LAN in time,it have become a key area of wirelessapplications.This paper focuses on the IEEE802.11wireless LAN packet capturestrategy and how to identify the MAC address spoofing behavior research,the maincontribution and innovation are as follows:1.Comparison and analysis three main packet capture sampling strategy,use thetheory to prove the adaptive sampling strategy which is based on the frame proportionof time(PTF) have the highest efficiency,and use the Matlab to simulate the samplingstrategy in the actual channel to prove it’s highest efficiency in further.Considering thenetwork card’s time of switch channel frequency,we put forward a sampling strategywhich is more suitable for practical use,it called the PTF combination of channelsampling strategy.2.With analysis of the common attcaks, we put forward a method to detectd theattack which use the clone MAC address,the core of this method is comparing all thedifferent sequence number’s subtracted value.
