In the highly competitive real estate market, customer is the basis of survival forenterprises. The most important factor for the sustainable development of the enterpriseis how to attract customers, retain and expand customer resources. The enterprise canunderstand the customer behaviors with the help of customer relationship managementsystem. Thereby customer retention, customer loyalty and customer profitability can beimproved greatly. This has become an important way for real estate companies to gain acompetitive advantage. Therefore, the development of real estate customer relationshipmanagement system has a very important practical significance.Implementation of customer relationship management system is the background ofthe thesis. The thesis does research on the construction of the real estate companycustomer relationship system, and starts with how to improve customer satisfaction.Moreover, the improvement of customer satisfaction will lead to the improvement of thecustomer loyalty on the real estate industry and finally for the implementation of addingthe customer value. The mainly functions of the system include customer management,sales management, statistics management and system maintenance and its advantagesare represented in the following areas:1) Technology: the system is developed by ASP.NET technology and the softwaresettings which are applied broadly. And the developed system can assist the user tooperate more conveniently and input, view and analyze the data more intuitively.2) Process design: the system makes the customer relationship managementprocessed, and the transfer of the data ensures smooth flow of the whole system process.Meanwhile each process has certain independence in order to achieve the data security.3) Functional areas: the systems can manage the data according to data miningmodel to mining the potential buyers. And the results are shown in an intuitive way.Additionally, the housing sales management, statistics management and systemmanagement functions are implemented in the system.This thesis to achieve a customer relationship management system based on B/Sarchitecture. The system can manage and maintain the real estate customer relationship data effectively and it is of great significance for improving the ability and quality of theservice industry.
