| This paper base on the author’s participation in the software developing of“Supervisory Information Management System†in the company and studying of datafrom foreign and China. Analyzing the current problems, which are that themanagement idea is falling behind, the degree of standardization is low, informationtechnology is backward, the documents can not be arranged timely, and the efficiency islow, in the current construction engineering supervision, I deeply discuss that how toimprove the degrees of standardization and information on quality control, schedulecontrol, investment control, contract management, and data management in theconstruction to avoid the risks in the construction engineering supervision:(1)This paper reveals the main problems in Chinese current constructionengineering supervision from the development of construction engineering supervisionin the foreign and China, and so lead readers to the significance and content of thispaper.(2)With the analysis of meaning and solution of risks in the engineeringsupervision, this paper discovers the application of computer information managementin the risk analysis of quality, investment, and security target, and show the new rule ofrisk analysis from “Surveillance Specificationâ€.(3)This paper make detailed description about the basic principle of WBS. In thisway, I analysis function of the WBS in the synthetic control and synthetic plan of aproject and detailed explain the evidence, project and encoding mode of thermal powerproject decomposing with example of the thermal power projects which weresupervised by GanSu Huayan Hydropower Consulting Co. Ltd, and consequentlydescribe the idea of the establishments of information coding system in the supervision.(4) This paper discusses the main contend of supervisory informationmanagement system and analyzes the partition of functional module in this informationsystem. In addition, the paper describes the function and logical structure diagram ofschedule control subsystem, quality control subsystem, and contract managementsubsystem. (5)By describing the developing process of data management subsystem, authordetailed explain the developing process of data management subsystem in many partssuch as system analysis, system design, program design, system test, and systemmaintenance, and deeply discuss many key steps such as functional analysis, design ofdatabase structure, and program test. Thereinto, the system design can be divided intotwo parts, structure module design and database design, and the program design alsocan be divided into two parts, program diagram design and program interface design.Though the developing and using the supervisory information management system,GanSu Huayan Hydropower Consulting Co. Ltd want to increase the associations ofother departments of supervision, improve the quality of supervision, decrease themanagement cost and realize the company’s administrative policy: scientificmanagement, standard operation, professional services, humanitarianism, environmentalprotection, developing, security. |
