| The fifth generation mobile communication network technology(5G)is a pioneering technology.The government has listed "new infrastructure" including 5G as a national strategy.As a key infrastructure to support the digital,networked and intelligent transformation of the economy and society,5G is crucial.This thesis takes the 5G construction project of LY Company as the research goal,takes the project risk management theory as the theoretical basis,and studies the risk management of 5G construction project from the perspective of the construction unit.First of all,during the project initiation,project design,material procurement,project implementation,project acceptance,management of cooperative units,this article comprehensively identifies and sorts out various risks by using the literature research method,expert investigation method and fault tree method.Secondly,the qualitative description and quantitative evaluation of risks are carried out by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Through analysis and assessment,it is concluded that the risks in the construction stage and acceptance stage are the highest,the risks in the material procurement stage are medium,the risks in the project establishment stage are low,and the risks in the design stage are the lowest.The construction and acceptance control shall be the focus of the whole 5G project management and control.The overall risk of the project is close to the medium level,so the project risk control is extremely urgent.Finally,combined with the external situation and internal progress of the project,for high level risks,this thesis proposes specific countermeasures,such as risk aversion,risk transfer and risk control.At the same time,this thesis develops risk monitoring strategies,builds a risk management system that matches the 5G construction project of LY Company,ensures that the construction project is completed on time with quality and quantity guaranteed,and improves the project risk management level.Taking the risk management of 5G construction project of LY Company as the research objective,this thesis conducts a full process analysis of risk identification,risk evaluation,risk response and risk monitoring,and puts forward corresponding methods and countermeasures in the aspects of improving the project risk management process,improving the project risk control and reducing the project risk.By solving the actual problems of the project,this thesis can improve the project management system and improve the risk management level of the 5G construction project of LY Company.At the same time,it has accumulated a good number of practical experience for 5G construction project risk management,and provided some useful basis and reference for other similar enterprise project risk management. |
