| The lOkw intelligent high-frequency switching power supply is designed for the lithium battery charge/discharge management system of the battery factory, which can be also applied in other low voltage high current applications. Conventional switching power supply has its own insufficient such as single features and low degree of intelligence. By reforming the conventional switching power supply control and feedback loop, this intelligent switching power supply can meet the basic control requirements of battery management system.This thesis analyzes the structure and fundamental working principle of the traditional switching power supply and describes the overall design of the intelligent switching power supply. In order to provide high output power and get high equipment utilization, the main circuit adopts the Full Bridge Phase Shift control strategy (FBPS-ZVS). And the high frequency transformer used multiple small transformers as primary side series secondary parallel structure. The system’s working principle, component selection and parameter calculation are also being described in this paper.Considering the electromagnetic interference, H-bridge suspended driver, Signal isolation and hardware protection, the input active power factor correction circuit, IGBT isolation driver circuit and hardware protection circuit are also being included in the thesis. A full-touch switching power supply control system for the intelligent high frequency power switching supply has been developed by using the ucOS-II and ucGUI-III.The thesis simulates the full bridge Phase shift controller UCC3895’s application circuit, the optocoupler feed back circuit and main circuit by using the PSPICE software. This paper analysis the simulation results, verifies the system working principle and explains the way to adjust and optimize component parameters. |
