Based on the domestic market demand, combined with today’s fast-design techniques among modular design techniques, parametric design technology,carry out rapid design technology research for the overall open-close mould mechanism and the hinged double-opening mould mechanism.Firstly, with the use of CAD technology, designed the overall open-close mould mechanism and the hinged double-opening mould mechanism, do a detailed analysis for the working principle, structure,movement parameters of the hinged double-opening mould mechanism.Secondly,applied the modular design techniques to the structural design ideas uplink, based on the structural design and functional decomposition of the hinged double-opening mould mechanism, done a reasonable module division and established the connection and constraints between the various modules; Using the combination of parametric design techniques and top-down design techniques to create model,created the parametric design model of he overall open-close mould mechanism and the hinged double-opening mould mechanism in Pro/E,at the same time,created the assembly and parts database of this two mechanism with the use of Microsoft Access2003.Then through the use of Pro/E redevelopment tool—Pro/Toolkit and VC++6.0developing the corresponding procedures,established a parametric design human-computer interface of the overall open-close mould mechanism and the hinged double-opening mould mechanism.This interface can realize the rapid design of the two mechanisms.Finally, carry out the finite element analysis for the force of the most complex module-sub modules of the hinged double-opening mould mechanism,done the static analysis to its greatest moment of the force operating conditions using ANSYS software,get the deformation and force cloud of this module assembly in the orerating conditions and made some improvements about structural. |
