In the context of countries attach great importance to the cultural industries,cultural industries to flourish with the times, the growing prosperity. The media industryis bound to set off an unprecedented media revolution, ushered in a new chapter. Facingtoday’s highly competitive media market, radio and television and other media outletshave been restructuring in transition and converted into business units and institutions,media organizations rejuvenated, especially radio and television, have programsoutsourcing, the form of independent producers, some departments self-financing,making the quality of programs, more and more the quality of the program content isincreasingly attracting the viewers eye.
