The Design And Implementation Of Safety Training Management System For Hunan Province

With the continuous development of China’s economy and the strengthen of economic globalization, a growing number of companies noted that the competition among enterprises is the competition of human resources. The competition of human resources has made the issue of security more important and the safety training on workers strength the workers’ability to adapt to the work, which contributes to the development and growth of the enterprises. Now well-known enterprises in China or abroad have regarded the development of staff education as a development strategy for the strategic direction and the safety training as a powerful backing, continuous training of staff has become an important way to improve staffs’quality and to give enterprise an important means of core competitiveness. Hunan Institute of security technology is set up in such backing, a school training security professionals, which organized by the Hunan Administration of Work Safety, Hunan Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau. With the development of the cause of Hunan safety training, more and more people realize the importance of safety training, how to manage security training services has increasingly become an important problem. Therefore, as researching the system of Hunan Institute of security technologies, we design and implement security training management system in Hunan Province, which will manage the Hunan College of security technology training services.Safety Training Management System for Hunan Province is used by Hunan Institute of security technology. Training institutions in order to ensure the quality of the training, they need to establish a unified and standardized training program, therefore we need to establish these program files, the program files in the system is good for establishing, managing and amending. For the training of management trainees through the training institutions, the establishment of student training files and records the basic information and training content will be managed by the system. The training teachers in training institutions is easy to establish a database to record the basic information of teaching training, teaching accidents and organizational re-training, etc. As well as training institutions, teaching and training equipments, information management, multimedia devices, such as classroom, computer room, computer equipment, will be all in it. It uses the Struts architecture in the MVC pattern to achieve in the design of the J2EE platform.This thesis describes the design process of the Safety Training Management System for Hunan Province and the implementation details. First, we briefly describe the Safety Training Management System for Hunan Province’s background, the description of the main problems in the cause of safety training, the current situation of safety training management. The second, we get the data type and data format used in the safety training of Hunan Vocational Safety Skill College, and then combined with the detailed analysis of induction, the system is divided into several parts, which are the declaration of project management, training institutions management, test management, students information management, and give a detailed analysis and interpretation of the parts. And we briefly describe the requirements of the non-functional system. Then, we combined with what we get of the system, we designed, architecture design of the system, functional design and database design. Finally, we give a code and picture describing of the system.We finally can manage the management functions of the daily training services of the Hunan safety skills Vocational College, and can be learned by other management systems. Hunan safety skills vocational colleges can declare the project management function, can conduct a comprehensive management package of personnel information management.The normal operation of the system to meet the daily needs of security training management systems in Hunan Province, and it is a great help for the management of staff training, improve the work efficiency of staffs, to ensure the smooth management of safety training.
